JPGAvi is an easy-to-use program with a user-friendly interface, that will create a video file from one or more bitmap files.
This program is able to add several JPG, BMP or TIFF files together, with an optional sound track. You will be able to add image files from a single folder that you should set in the configuration section, along with the destination folder for the target video. You can choose to generate unique AVI files for every image, or a slideshow containing all the images in sequence. Optionally, you can add a soundtrack to your target video by selecting a WAV file from your drive. You can establish the brightness and contrast for the target file, the codec you want to use, the scale for the video and the frame time. You can configure the program to remember the last used codec, the frames per second you want to have (up to 128), if you want to drop identical frames, the watchdog timer, audio settings and many more options. And the best thing is that the program is free for non-commercial use.
